Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 12, 2025
Who We Are
123 Glass Company (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides auto glass repair and replacement services in Nebraska. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What We Collect
We collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate our website and respond when you contact us:
- Basic website data (server logs and security): IP address, date/time, pages requested, user-agent. Used for operation, security, and fraud prevention.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): page views, referrers, device/browser information, approximate location (city/region), and on-site interactions. See “Analytics & Your Choices.”
- Voluntary communications (when you call or email us): name, phone, email, vehicle details, and anything you choose to include.
How We Use Information
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
- To respond to your calls and emails, schedule service, provide invoices/receipts, and honor warranty service.
- To understand site traffic and page performance (analytics).
We process personal information based on:
- Our legitimate interest in operating and securing our website.
- Your request for service or communication with us.
- Legal obligations related to invoicing, warranties, and recordkeeping.
Payments
We process payments through third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers on our website. Payment information is handled securely by our payment processor in accordance with applicable industry security standards.
What We Don’t Do
- No selling or “sharing” personal data.
- No targeted advertising, remarketing, or profiling.
- No contact/quote forms, no chat widgets, no online booking tools.
- No call-tracking numbers.
- No embedded Google Maps (we use only a normal outbound link to our Google Business Profile).

Cookies & Tracking
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. Our site may set minimal, functional cookies needed for security or basic operation. Google Analytics (described below) may use first-party cookies for measurement only; we do not enable advertising features.
Analytics & Your Choices
We use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to measure site traffic and improve content. GA4 processes pseudonymous information such as page views, referrers, device/browser type, and approximate location.
- Opt-out browser add-on: You can install Google’s add-on to prevent Analytics from using your data in your browser: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

- Google policies: Learn more at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not enable Google Ads/remarketing, Google Signals, demographics/interests, or any advertising integrations.
Data Retention
We retain website logs only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting. Google Analytics data is retained consistent with our GA4 configuration and is automatically deleted after the selected retention period.
Correspondence (emails/voicemails) and business records are kept as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and warranty recordkeeping obligations, then deleted or archived securely.
Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our server. We also use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the type and volume of data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing (such as “sale” or targeted advertising). We do not sell or share personal data and we do not conduct targeted advertising.
