About 123 Glass Company – Safety-Focused Auto Glass in Omaha

123 Glass Company opened in Omaha in 2007 with one commitment: every auto glass repair and replacement is done the right way: clean preparation, correct materials, and no shortcuts.

Windshield installation is structural safety work, and that standard guides everything we do.

Experience, Training, and Standards

Why the details matter, and the standards we follow on every job.

With more than two decades of professional auto glass experience, we understand how much the details matter. Early in my career, I earned NGA installer certification, and the principles from that training still guide how our work is performed today: precision, preparation, and respect for the structural role of the glass.

When customers call 123 Glass Company, they speak with someone who understands the full installation process, from materials and bonding chemistry to vehicle design and safety-critical procedures.

DuPont Automotive Fixed Glass Installation Training and BETASEAL™ Advanced-Cure Urethane Adhesive System

The adhesive system matters because it is what bonds the windshield to the vehicle for safety.

We are trained and certified in DuPont Automotive’s BETASEAL™ urethane system, including BETASEAL™ Xpress30 and BETAPRIME™ 5504G. This certification focuses on the structural and safety-critical side of windshield replacement: the adhesive system that keeps the windshield bonded to the vehicle during a collision.

For windshield installations, we use BETASEAL™ Xpress30, which provides a documented 30-minute Safe Drive-Away Time (SDAT) down to 0°F when applied according to DOW instructions, ensuring you can drive your vehicle safely once it’s released. Every step is followed carefully on each job, including cleaning, priming, bead application, and full cure time.

Our Auto Glass Installation Process

A consistent process built around safety, correct materials, and clean results.

Every vehicle follows a careful, consistent installation process designed around long-term reliability:

Typical Service Times

Rock chip repairs
Usually 30 minutes or less.
Windshield replacement
About 90 minutes total, including safe drive-away time, for vehicles not requiring ADAS calibration.
Door & quarter glass
Most completed in about an hour. Some models require additional time.
Back glass
Service time varies by vehicle design.

ADAS, Cameras, and Modern Vehicle Systems

We verify calibration requirements so safety systems work correctly after replacement.

Many newer vehicles use ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), such as automatic braking or lane-keep assist, which often require calibration after windshield replacement. When calibration is needed, we confirm your vehicle’s requirements first and explain the correct procedure, so you know your safety systems will work as intended.

We offer dynamic ADAS calibration for many vehicles. If a vehicle requires a calibration method outside our dynamic capabilities, we explain the appropriate options so the system is handled correctly according to manufacturer-approved procedures.

What Customers Value

The standards we hold ourselves to on every repair and replacement.

We provide clear explanations, honest recommendations, and work grounded in deep technical understanding, with a focus on safety, precision, and finish quality. Every job is completed correctly, inspected carefully, and delivered clean, so the vehicle is safe, looks right, and leaves no unanswered questions.

Our Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. If an issue related to the quality of our installation arises, we address it. This warranty reflects the standards we work to on every job and our commitment to doing the work correctly the first time.
